巷道交岔点“楔形墙体支护技术研究

Study on Supporting Technology of Wedged Wall in Alternating Point of Roadways

摘要:

为解决矿井中等断面巷道交岔点“牛鼻子”楔形墙体支护困难的工程问题,以贵州格目底玉舍煤矿为工程实例,对运输上山与1265运输石门巷道交岔处楔形墙体破坏情况进行力学分析研究,得出了破坏原因,运用钢筋骨架、锚索、锚杆及喷射混凝土封闭围岩技术进行联合支护,施工后的楔形墙体达到较强的抗压能力。应用该支护技术后,对“牛鼻子”工程进行长期监测记录。结果表明:施工后的“牛鼻子”工程取得良好的支护效果,巷道围岩变形量很小,围岩趋于稳定。

Abstract:

In order to solve the engineering problem on supporting difficult in intersection of medium-section in mine roadway, this paper takes the example of Yushe mine in Guizhou to conduct mechanic analysis research on damage situation of wedged wall which is located at the intersection between transportation rise roadway and 1265 conveyance stone door. The damage reasons are gained, the combined support techniques are conducted by using the steel frame, anchor cable, anchor and shotcrete which is the sealing technology of surrounding rock, the capacity of compress strength are improved. After the application of the supporting technology, we conducted a long-term monitoring record of "NiuBiZi" project, the results show that the construction of " NiuBiZi " project achieves a good supporting effect, the deformation of surrounding rock is small, the stability of surrounding rock is better.
